Gelcoater Experienced gelcoater/painter in fiberglass industry. Must be able to spray gelcoat, Imron, Awlgrip, or similar coatings and be able to break down and care for equipment. Position may involve shift work.    Back to top of page
Fiberglass Detailer Experience in sanding, polishing, and patching in either a fiberglass or auto shop is preferred.    Back to top of page
Fiberglass Laminator Experience in fiberglass lamination preferred but may train motivated individuals. Back to top of page
Project Manager Extremely detail oriented and organized customer service professional with extensive fiberglass manufacturing industry experience. Must possess exceptional communications skills with customers and plant staff.    Back to top of page
Carpenter Prior carpentry and hand tool experience is a plus in this position erecting plug framing. Wood bases are constructed and a kit from the CNC mill is used to assemble the plug frame. Will consider training motivated individuals.    Back to top of page
Plug Builder / Shipwright This job requires talent in wood shaping / fairing and reading blueprints. Past experience in full-size model building or sculpting a plus!    Back to top of page
CNC Mill Technician This position is responsible for operating sophisticated 5-axis robotics mills. Basic Windows skills, good job history, and references are required. Prior CNC Mill experience a plus.    Back to top of page
Lamination Supervisor Must be an expert in fiberglass lamination and have experience with RTM, scrimp, vacuum bagging and testing of new materials. Both lamination knowledge and supervisory experience is required.    Back to top of page
Plug Supervisor This job requires extensive experience of plug building including conventional plugs (stick built) and CNC milled plugs (not necessaryily CNC operations), as well as proven supervisory skills.     Back to top of page
